My professional print design experience began in 2009 while working at The Green Well.NOTE: The designs at the top of this page are very old and created when I was still new to design. To see more current work, scroll to the bottom.
The majority of the design work I created for The Green Well was print work. They needed an abundance of signage, weekly menus, a plethora of brochures, newspaper print ads, ID badges, product labels, stickers, merch, and so much more. The years I worked there were a near-constant stream of print work. Business Card for The Green Well.

The print design needs at Maps.com were less intense but still in great variety.Signage was still key but I also had the opportunity to design conference booths and banners for our educational platform Maps101. Creating editorial prints for GNN (Geography News Network) was one of the most fun design projects I was tasked with. Outside of that, I also created small print materials like postcards and flyers.

I spent a lot of my time at TrackR working on digital assets but there was still print work to be done. The main print needs were for near-endless print ads as well as flyers and postcards. A large portion of the work was for internal print ads.

Procore is a large company and had a lot of print needs.I designed a variety of print materials for internal and external uses. On top of that, I was tasked with creating editorial layouts for our Groundbreak magazine, internal flyers to inform our fellow employees of various notices, large-scale murals for our offices in Portland, Oregon and Sydney Australia, a variety of conference booths, post cards, onesheets, and more.

For Alignful, I created a workbook for their course The Emotional Edit. The workbook is 176 pages and is designed to walk the clients through various exercises for the 6-week course.
The founder messaged me after receiving her workbooks to let me know she like them so much she actually cried from joy. One of the all-time sweetest pieces of client feedback I've ever received. |

Print on Demand (POD) has been a huge part of my life since I signed up for Spoonflower in 2009 and began designing textiles. They have since expanded to wallpaper and home goods as well. I now have over 2,000 designs available for purchase in my Spoonflower shop.
Outside of Spoonflower, I've been active on Zazzle since 2012. I've created various shops, most popular of which is my home goods shop Element Pillows that features pillows based of the periodic table. I also have an Ugly Christmas Sweater shop, and a shop featuring my textile designs on wrapping paper and tissue paper. In 2011, I published my first children's book. Over the years, I've published 5 more. I made them for my neices and nephews. See the books here. In 2015 I began creating books for the Amazon Kindle marketplace. And, after a year or so, they launched their print books. Since then, I have published a variety of print books using their marketplace. See some of the books here. |
