Christmas day was the last day of my second mitosis on the bean protocol and I can't think of a better present. It's been 180 days since I started this protocol and I've made it through the second mitosis! I'm writing this post to log my progress for my own memory but also to give you an idea of what can happen and while on the Karen Hurd Bean Protocol. ​Go here to read about my first mitosis or here to read about how to do the protocol. 

When I was younger, I saw a movie where there was a fancy looking house and that house had a birdhouse in its yard that was a mini version of the fancy house (American Beauty? I cant remember...). That just stuck with me. I really liked the idea of it. So, last winter when the roof blew off of our little birdhouse, I thought, why not make a birdhouse to match our cute Bavarian home? 

It didn't turn out perfect. There are changes I want to make to it next summer. But, for now, it's good enough. 😉
