Pattern on pattern and color on color.
Qiana is wild, bright, and adventurous.
I designed Qiana almost 10 years ago and recently had so much fun sprucing her up a bit and adding new colorways. She's available in wallpaper, textiles, and home goods. Check her out today!
I usually have so many ideas my hands and my computer can't keep up.
I can often iterate on a design for ages, creating near endless possibilities. I've learned to stop myself and just create a little bit, then move on to a new design because there are so many different things I want to make. But, here and there, I let my thoughts run wild and I create a large output of a single type of design.
Meet Polaroïd, a cigar-box-style quirky and bizarre pattern for wallpaper and textiles.
This design was time consuming but so much fun to make! I really enjoyed combining the colors and ornaments with various vintage illustrations and quotes from one of my favorite songs. Each little graphic reminded me of a photo, a snapshot in time coming together to make one unusual story. Some of the graphics I used to make this design are here in my RawPixel inspo board. They're Royalty Free images and free to download from RawPixel. So, you can collage together these elements into your own design. Be sure to check out the different colorways and my visual inspiration below just past all the 'polaroid' graphics.
There's a stripe option as well in the collection!
