A must-read for anyone hitting roadblocks on their path to healing.

I  was blown by the emotional connection to our physical health symptoms presented in this book. As someone who is always seeking to better understand the connection between the physical body and the mind, I found the concept of "metaphysical anatomy" to be particularly fascinating. Rose does an excellent job of explaining complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand and applies them to real-life situations in a way that is both practical and illuminating. She lists out prompts toward healing so you aren't left with the 'why' and have a 'how' to move on and heal with.

One of the things I appreciated most about "Metaphysical Anatomy" was the way it seamlessly blended together spiritual and scientific concepts. The result was a holistic approach to understanding the body and mind that felt both grounded in traditional wisdom and relevant to what I'm experiencing in my everyday life. I dog-eared the shit out of this book.

I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in personal growth and healing. It is a must-read for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of the connection between the physical body and the mind.

I know Brittany Murphy's death may not have seemed bizarre to most but, when you learn a little more about what was happening in her life at that time, it raises a lot of concerns. Was she murdered by the US government? Be sure to watch all 3 parts.

Down the rabbit hole.

That's where I prefer to live. What's the point of life if there isn't a bit of mystery? JK Ultra A.K.A. Jennifercee on Instagram, is the queen of rabbit holes and I'm here for it.

I highly recommend her Apocalyptic Phophecies series. She starts off with the Fatima Prophecies and moves into Nostradamus. I love how she mentions what a dick Nostradamus is in the Dolores Cannon series translating his quatrains. In one episode, she mentions Father Malachi Martin and his appearances on Coast to Coast. Let me tell you, those were always the MOST CREEPY episodes of Coast to Coast. I get chills just thinking about them. Anyway, It's a multi part series so be sure you don't miss the following episodes cause shit gets spooky.

I don't know about you but I've never been able to forget about little JonBenet Ramsey so I was excited to see JK's 21 part series on her case. I swear, just about every single person involved seems like they could be her killer. It's such a bizarre and tragic case and I've always hoped it would get solved.

Past Lives | WWII

I was a US paratrooper in WWII.

I know, I wouldn't believe it either if I hadn't experienced it. But, during a past life regression session, I found myself in the belly of plane flying over rural France in WWII.

Before we go on, I want to get you up to speed about my knowledge of war.

We all come from different backgrounds. We all hold different ideas in our minds of what a solider looks like. I feel it's important to explain mine so you understand how truly bizarre this past life regression was.

I'm not a war person.

I don't watch war movies or documentaries, never have. I'm very much into art, design, and weirdo fringe stuff. I've had these interests all my life. I LOVE history, but not the war side of it. I can listen to a 5 part podcast series on Genghis Khan but, I can't sit through a 30 minute show on any war. Whenever war shows would come on tv, I'd either switch the station or leave the room. Does the M.A.S.H. theme music annoy anyone else? Anyway, anything war related really was not remotely interesting to me.

I'm also an 80s baby. So, I grew up in the time of Vietnam vets. The imagery in my mind when I picture a solider is the green camo uniform with black boots, the jungle fatigues of the Vietnam war that was often spoke of and referenced in pop culture during those times. When Saddam invaded Kuwait, I did see some desert fatigues and I remember thinking how strange they looked. Why weren't they in the green camo? My parents explained that the uniform color change was to blend into the desert environment. Then, my mind registered that as all battle uniforms are camo but can be different colors to blend in better to any specific location. That was my frame of reference when it came to war and solider uniforms. And, honestly, I didn't put any more thought into it. I had a lot of other things on my mind.

In history class, we learned about various wars, WWII obviously being one of them. But, most of this learning was from dry text books or lectures from teachers. For most of my life, I had no clue how soldiers during those wars dressed.
