Ebook Cover Redesign - Badfreaky: The Meanest Witch

This one has a twist.

I decided to challenge myself with 2 rules for this redesign:

1. Choose the first book that pops up
2. Choose the first stock photo that pops up

The description on Amazon:
"Marily is a four year old little girl who lives with her parents in the Bright Forest. However, her life will change entirely when she accidentally falls into a cauldron boiling with the worst magic potion that exists. A few minutes later, she transforms into the meanest witch in all the world and stars! Marily disappears once and for all.
BADFREAKY a very bad and frightening witch takes her place!"

Relief followed by regret.

I was so relieved to see an image of a woman pop up as my random stock photo. She's older than the girl in the book but I thought "this is workable". 

But, the image soon felt cumbersome and I beat myself up a bit for not pushing the image to make something I love. There's so much you can do to manipulate an image. 

And, I failed.

I ended up using a different photo in the end and liking that sooooo much better than anything I created with the random stock photo I ended up with due to my rules.
