Spiced Almond Butter Popcorn

Struggling without the sweets on The Bean Protocol?

I know we aren't supposed to be hitting up corn much on The Bean Protocol but I've been enjoying this little number after dinner here and there.

It requires a few simple ingredients and it just might change your life.

Spiced Almond Butter Popcorn

• Popped Popcorn
• Almond Butter (or nut butter of choice)
• Allspice
• Salt (optional)

All you need to do is drizzle your popped popcorn with almond butter and sprinkle on a light amount of allspice and voilà! I feel like I'm telling you how to microwave bacon. 

​Corn is naturally sweet, the almond butter adds some savory, and the allspice gives me that hint of cinnamon that I miss so much since starting TBP.
