Can you spot a liar?

I'm always working on being able to read others behavior and my own better. Most of my life, I've struggled to understand people and their motives. Living in a world where there are, unfortunately, a lot of terrible people, or at least, a lot of people displaying terrible behavior due to their trauma, I find myself increasingly trusting others less and working to be more analytical of their actions. That's what has led me to watching videos on body language often. And, when interacting with others, working to remember to study their subtle movements. A dance that is challenging for me. 

I appreciate how BLG analyzes and explains her perceptions. It makes learning this skill fun and interesting. I also enjoy hearing her personal opinion about what is going on in government and celebrity circles. I'm not a big celebrity-focused person but these people have pull on public opinion making analyzing them interesting to me. 

So, if you have a spare few minutes, watch a video or two. You just might learn something new...
